Our shipping department can ship to any street address or P.O. box within the continental United States of America.
All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped via DHL, United States Postal Service Priority International, or Express Mail International. We will issue tracking numbers, but remember that tracking information typically will not become available until after the package is delivered. Shipping rates are subject to changes based on delivery locations.
You are liable for any taxes or duties that may apply. We will not collect taxes or duties from you. It is your responsibility to look into your country and/or local policies of taxes and duties, and to abide by those laws. It is your responsibility to know if your country’s Customs Department permits the shipment of our products, and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We can not provide a refund for the shipping of any package if you refuse it, or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the order is seized by customs for any reason and is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
We ship out products Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (except on holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next available business day. All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped via DHL, USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We provide delivery tracking information on all orders. Delivery times will vary based on the area. It takes roughly five to seven business days once your order leaves our processing center.
If you choose to use a third-party shipping service, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, and/or shipping costs that may be imposed. HealthWise is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of a third-party shipping service.
HealthWise can not be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address provided for an order. If you think your package has been misplaced, contact us. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate.
During checkout, you certify that you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We cannot be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. HealthWise is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If you realize after placing your order that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately at (888) 508-5990 between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. If the order has not shipped out by the time you contact us, we will be able to alter the address, and prevent any potential shipping errors.
Please allow an additional two to three days for delivery to these faraway locations.
When we receive a confirmed order, we will begin to process it as soon as possible. This can make it somewhat difficult for us to make various changes. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, products may not be able to be edited. Please contact Customer Service if you have any specific needs regarding cancellations, and we will do our best to assist you.

You may return your order for any reason, within 90 days of your purchase. To refund your order, you must let HealthWise know of your decision to return. You may begin this by calling our Customer Service Center, or writing a notice on the package you are returning. If you simply send the product(s) back without informing us of the full order details, you revoke this right.
HealthWise reserves the right to offer potential product exchange opportunities, in lieu of a refunded return, if a customer contacts the Customer Service Center with the specifics of an exchange request, and we are able to fulfill that request. There is no guarantee that we can fulfill an exchange request. By purchasing, you agree to product exchange limitations.
Customer refunds can take between seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the day we receive the product, or proof that you have shipped the product back to us. Any item that appears to be purchased from an unauthorized seller will not be accepted or covered by our return policy. You must return the products within the specified period of time that we allow, along with all available original packaging, manuals, other accessories, and/or documentation which may have been originally included in the original shipment, the receipt, and a note containing your name, address, and details about the return to:

When your order is shipped, we will send you the shipment tracking information, and an official confirmation email. Your order will be processed and shipped within one to two business days after you order (holidays and weekends not included). Carrier may take up to 72 hours to scan and update tracking information.
